In most of the UK mainland, most orders will usually be delivered within four working days from dispatch. Standard delivery is £2.99, but pick-up delivery is FREE. We also have a second-day delivery option going for £4.99. Customers are requested to wait for at least four working days from the date of their order for delivery.

Next-Day Delivery

We offer a Next-Day Delivery service for £4.99, and it is only applicable to orders placed before midday for delivery on the following working day. Europe: we deliver incontinence products across Europe and depending on the weight of the parcel and delivery address, it may take up to five to ten working days, also order delivery charges may vary. Please note that there are some cases where orders may take 15–20 days, particularly when it is road-based delivery. USA: depending on the location in the United States, order delivery in the USA may take estimated days of about six to ten working days.  We also deliver orders to the rest of the world, and it may take about 15 to 20 working days for orders to be delivered.
