How to use Always Long Plus Incontinence Pads

Remove the backing paper from the sticky side of the Always Long Plus Incontinence Pad and press firmly into your underwear, keeping the sticky side faced down. When it’s time to dispose of your pad, peel it away from your underwear and use the resealable packaging the pad came in to dispose of the pad discreetly. Do not attempt to flush these pads down the toilet.
