Incontishop understands that when customers buy incontinence products, they need reassurance that they are free to change their minds. If you feel like changing your mind and want to get your money back, we offer a 28-day return policy. Apart from offering you peace of mind, our return policy allows customers to take their time with no pressure to immediately plan for returns.
Items are to be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery
We can only refund items that are in their original condition and packaging, items that are unopened and unused
All hygiene items including pads, underwear, and gloves that have been opened are not accepted for returns
It is the aim of Incontishop to provide high-quality services to our valid customers and to achieve this aim, we have a cancellation policy.
As our customer, you have the right to cancel your order and if you wish to do so, please be advised that it should be before we have dispatched it, please call +441216616357 to request a cancellation. All our orders are dispatched on time, so please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order via email or phone call.
NB: Please be advised that once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our return policy comes into effect with their respective charges.
In case you are not satisfied with your product(s), due to suspected damage or any issue caused by transportation or on delivery, you are advised to inform our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving that particular product. Call at +441216616357 or email us at [email protected].
Once your item is received, it will go through inspection and a notification will be sent to you stating that we have received your returned item. Immediately, the status of your refund will be updated and if approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
We have the right to change the Return & Refund Policy anytime we require it to be altered.
